I am a keeper of stories a seer of patterns and connections of life and all that ribbons forth between worlds. I am a shaman of the Fae and tell their stories of connection and help people understand the sacred oneness of everyday life. I walk between the worlds and have been tagged as a messenger as well as bringer of the light into the dark parts of your soul. There is such every day magic right before our eyes.. It only needs our attention and praise for the enrichment of our hearts and souls each day. Most faerie sightings occur in the quiet of early morning as well as the last moment before the sun has set and the magical twilight of the night has begun. It is a special time between the worlds, when day and night mix and mingle but is not completely one thing or the other but a thinning of the barrier between worlds. It is those times that we often see the twinkle or catch the wing shimmers or flutters of the Fae. And they assure me that they love and enjoy the encounters as much as we do.The best time to encounter the Faeries is out in nature out walking, you will notice the air seems to change, for me it takes on the feel of velvet and seems to thicken, I see wee bits of light at the edges of my vision, often they are blue and come and go if I try to hard to focus. I get a slight tingle in my ears as if the pressure in the air has changed.. I also feel a bit of a flutter in the stomach or even feel a bit light headed or feel slightly disoriented. It is important at this point to relax and enjoy the experience. Stop, take a deep breath and pay attention to your thoughts. You may experience the sighting at this time. The trees also provide ways to encounter and experience the beauty of connecting with nature and the healing energy we receive when walking in among the trees. Take time every week to spend as many moments as possible unplugged and in the company of trees, plants, birds, wildlife, Natural water ways and gardens as you can. In deep winter take in your local conservatories and even nurseries with green houses and plants. Daily life is filled with encounters with nature and it is up to us to listen and figure out how to use or remember the information given. We spent a bit of time with 9 different trees that we visited and collected windfall or pruning. Then gathered information and wisdom both from the trees and from my collection of books about what each tree offers the world and us, I created tags with a few key words to start you on your own journey of discovery of the trees that live in your corner of the world. These are to help you identify and understand the sacred meanings that each tree shares with us. Have you had any encounters with the fae or have a specail tree that you visit regularly? let us know and we will add you to our Misty Valley Faerie sighting book. See you later Peg
